It cost me 160,000 VND to take out 8 million. So 2% charge. Wasn't sure what the max withdrawal amount was. But I tried a second time and took out 10 million. But it is inside the mall which has air conditioning. Also probably means that you cannot come after the mall closes. Mall closes at 10PM. 台灣提款卡可以使用。我手續費是2%。但匯率沒有差太多。而且在百貨公司裡面，感覺安全。L1出入口旁邊，Vinfast車行前面。
