I needed SCB support while posted to Vietnam to deal with some new banking regulations that were implemented in Thailand without me noticing (or without prior warning) which basically had led to me being unable to access my account. Despite the fact that the SCB office in HCMC only looks after commercial customers, the team there was incredibly helpful, connected me to the right people in the SCB Bangkok call centre and in the end we were able to resolve the issue in less than 48 hours. Very impressive and very dedicated service by a team that, in theory, could have just said "sorry, not our problem" and would have been right. Thank you for delivering this great service!
